INVEST South/West
The site, currently occupied by a small commercial building containing the West Side offices of Neighborhood Housing Services (NHS), is planned to be redeveloped into a five-story, mixed-use, mixed-income complex.
Chicago Flats Initiative
A collaborative effort focusing on preserving owner-occupied two-to-four-unit buildings in Chicago while providing resources and counseling for both building owners and tenants.
Additional Dwelling Units (ADU)
Providing owner-occupants and small landlords with tools to better understand the planning, costs, and risks associated with legally adding a rental unit to your property.
Thrive Exchange
Near 79th Street and Exchange Avenue, the project will create 39 residential units on the south side of 79th Street and rehabilitate the historic Ringer Building for commercial use.
