We’re Upgrading Our Client Portal NHS Chicago is preparing to launch an upgraded client portal designed to be faster, easier to use, and more accessible.

With the new system, you’ll be able to:

  • Sign up for classes
  • Book counseling appointments
  • Apply for grants
  • Submit required documents

To complete this transition, the current client portal will be temporarily unavailable beginning Wednesday, May 6th and may be offline for several days while we migrate and connect our systems.

During this time, you will not be able to:

  • Log in to the portal
  • Submit documents online
  • Check your application status
