Apply for a mortgage

Following questions can help determine if you’re ready to apply:

  1.  In the last 12 months, have you had any 30-day late payments on credit accounts?
  2.  Are there any outstanding judgments or collections against you?
  3.  In the last 12 months, did you have a bankruptcy that was dismissed or still active?

If your answer is YES to any of these questions, we recommend you attend our Financial Fresh Start workshop. This workshop will teach you how to be best prepared for mortgage financing. Click here to create an account with us.

  • Once you create your account, you can track your progress and stay on top of your next steps on your path to homeownership any time of the day.
  • You can receive advice and information, register for classes and personalized homeownership counseling (including the financial fresh start & Home Buyer education workshops), and access and submit documents.

If you answered NO to all of these questions and are ready to apply for a loan, you may click Apply Now to start a loan application and speak with a loan officer.

Full Application: As you complete the loan application, please use your best estimate if documentation is not available. The documentation needed for all borrowers include: Social Security Number, contact and employment information, and best estimates of income, assets, and liabilities. After you’ve completed the application, we will contact you to: Guide you through the loan process, complete your loan package, and help you select the best loan program to fit your situation.
