Requirements
Minimum Requirements
- Updated COI listing NHS of Chicago, Inc. 850 W. Jackson BLVD, 5th Fl, Chicago, IL 60607 as Certificate Holder
- Liability coverage of $1,000,000.00
- Worker’s Compensation coverage of $500,000
- Auto Insurance Coverage of $500,000
- Training Certificate for EPA/Renovate Repair and Paint https://www.epa.gov/lead/rrp-program-training-providers
- D.U.N.N.s and SAM.gov registrations
- City of Chicago General Contractor’s License
Preferred Requirements
- MBE (Minority Business Enterprise) Certification
- WBE (Women Business Enterprise) Certification
- BEP (Business Enterprise Program) Certification
- BEPD (Business Enterprise Program-Disadvantaged) Certification
- Lead Licensed / EPA Certified Contractors
- Experience using LCPtracker and the ability to register and certify payroll
- Strong Communication, Scheduling, and Project Management Skills
