You are invited to attend the official release of the Mortgage Access Initiative Report Tuesday, August 1st at the Chicago Community Trust.
The Mortgage Access Initiative is an effort led by NHS Chicago and Woodstock Institute that engages mortgage lenders, real estate professionals, and housing advocates to identify the barriers to homeownership and explore how to expand mortgage access for Black and Brown communities.
During this event, we will discuss the takeaways from Phase 1 and present industry policy and regulatory recommendations to make homeownership more accessible for borrowers of color.
